Lord Jesus, I admit I’m a sinner and with your help, I choose to turn from my sinful life and accept you as my Lord and Savior. I commit myself into Your hands and please come into my heart and give me the eternal life promised and lead me as Lord of my life. - Amen

Admit

We must admit we have sinned and have the desire to turn away from
sin.
..for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, - Romans 3:23
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. - 1 John 1:8

Believe

Believe that Jesus Christ died for us and rose again as our Savior, providing forgiveness for our sins.
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures... 1 Corinthians 15:3

Commit

Commit you life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
